Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 215 reviews.

Finally a crossbody bag that doesn't scream 'designer knockoff'. The black pleated design is sophisticated without being over the top, and I can actually fit my phone, keys, and a small wallet without it bulging. The strap sits perfectly across my body for shopping or running errands.

Frank G. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The beige color is such a nice neutral that goes with literally everything in my closet. Material feels substantial, not cheap, and the pleats add this nice texture detail that makes it way more interesting than a plain bag. Been using it daily for two weeks and zero complaints.

Caroline W. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Grabbed this in army green thinking it might be too trendy, but honestly it's the perfect statement piece that still feels understated. Crossbody strap is adjustable and comfortable, and the compact size means I'm not tempted to overpack like I do with larger bags.

Jack C. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I wear this thing to work almost every day now because it's so light I barely notice it. The square shape holds more than you'd think, and the pleated design actually looks elevated without trying too hard. Definitely getting another color.

Jacob K. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Took a chance on the purple and people keep asking where I got it. The color is rich without being garish, and paired with the pleated texture it gives off a much pricier vibe. Holds my phone, cards, and keys with room to spare.

Owen F. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This bag is giving casual cool energy when I meet friends for weekend plans. The brown option I chose is this warm chocolate tone that looks great in photos, and the crossbody strap keeps my hands free while we're out and about.

Fern K. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The crossbody strap adjusts smoothly and stays where you set it, which is huge for me since I hate bags that slip around. Blue color came out gorgeous and rich, and the pleats catch the light in a really pretty way.

Kennedy N. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The PU leather has this clean, glossy finish that makes the whole bag look more expensive than it is. Pleats are crisp and evenly spaced, and I love that I can dress this up for evening drinks or wear it casually during the day.

Priya M. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The compact size is intentional and perfect. I can fit phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a small mirror without it looking or feeling overstuffed. Pleated design adds sophistication that a plain bag just can't match.

Aaliyah M. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I loved the look of this style bag, and wasn't disappointed. The pleat effect is very smart, and having no metal on it is even better, as it doesn't clash with any jewellry worn. Perfect.

Linda E. 5/5 Verified

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Wasn't sure about the purple until it arrived and now I'm obsessed. It's bold enough to feel special but the pleated texture keeps it from looking costume-y. Crossbody strap is genuinely comfortable for all-day wear.

Nicole F. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Had this in rotation for about six weeks now and it's holding up beautifully. The material doesn't feel flimsy and the pleats haven't softened or collapsed, which I was honestly worried about.

Ken F. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This color is so much better in person than in pictures. The olive-ish tone is sophisticated, the pleated design adds depth, and it somehow makes every outfit feel more intentional. Highly recommend.

Adeline R. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Can't believe how freeing it is to have a bag that sits across my body instead of on one shoulder. The crossbody strap is adjustable enough for my frame and the bag stays put while I'm moving around.

Jason M. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

What makes this different from other mini bags is the pleated design. It catches light, adds visual interest, and honestly just looks more expensive than the price tag suggests. Beige is my second purchase.

Eleanor T. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The blue came out deeper and richer than I expected, and paired with the pleated texture it looks incredibly chic. Size is genuinely perfect for holding my essentials without excess bulk.

Amanda K. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This bag is exactly what I needed for days when I don't want to carry a full purse. The black pleated design actually looks way nicer than the photos, and at this price point, I feel like I'm getting something that costs three times as much.

Terry S. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I grabbed the army green and it pairs with literally everything in my closet. The pleats catch the light in the most satisfying way, and the strap adjusts perfectly so it sits right at my hip without any awkward bunching.

Alexa W. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Tired of mini bags that can't actually hold my iPhone. This one accommodates my phone comfortably along with my cards and keys, and the PU leather feels substantial without being heavy. I've used it almost every day for two months.

Rachel A. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Whether I'm wearing a sundress or sneakers and jeans, this purple crossbody makes the outfit feel more put together. The compact size means it doesn't overwhelm my frame, and the strap length is adjustable enough for layering under jackets.

Arthur B. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I was skeptical about the quality at this price, but the stitching is clean, the leather doesn't feel plasticky, and the pleats are crisp. After regular use, no signs of wear on the black finish or the hardware.

Katie K. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This bag weighs basically nothing but feels sturdy and well constructed. The pleated design is consistently sharp across the entire bag, and the black color goes with everything I own.

Roger C. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Went with brown thinking it would be boring but the warm chocolate shade is anything but. Combined with the pleated texture it actually feels a bit luxe, and the compact size keeps my outfit clean.

Nicole T. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This bag doesn't pull on my shoulder like heavier crossbodies do, which is huge since I deal with neck pain. The interior is small enough that my stuff doesn't get lost, but spacious enough for daily necessities.

Randy J. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The adjustable strap is actually comfortable, which is rare for mini bags. I can wear it over a t-shirt or under a blazer without it feeling awkward, and the length options cover every scenario I've tried.

Victoria A. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The strap doesn't dig into my shoulder and the bag sits at a natural angle. Purple color is vibrant without being overwhelming, and I genuinely look forward to carrying this every day.

Mia F. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Picked up the beige and it pairs with way more in my closet than I anticipated. The pleated design keeps it from feeling boring, and honestly it might be the perfect neutral investment piece.

Claire P. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Phone, two cards, cash, and keys fit without the bag looking stuffed or stretched. The pleated exterior keeps everything contained in a way that flat bags don't, and it closes securely.

Genesis R. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The PU leather feels substantial and has a nice polished finish that doesn't look cheap or plastic-y. Pleats are perfectly defined and the overall construction feels way above the price point.

Charlotte W. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I was skeptical about the mini size but it genuinely holds phone, keys, wallet, and more without looking stuffed. The pleated texture is gorgeous and makes even basic outfits feel more intentional.

Matt J. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

This exact shade of green is flattering with my skin tone and goes with my everyday aesthetic. The bag feels durable, the pleats are crisp, and the crossbody strap is perfectly adjustable.

Benjamin C. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

You really can't go wrong with black and this bag is a perfect investment. The pleated design elevates a basic color, and the size is genuinely functional for daily use.

Evelyn W. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The pleats on this bag are what sets it apart from every other mini crossbody out there. It catches light beautifully and honestly looks way more expensive than forty bucks.

Dylan M. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I dress in earth tones and this army green is perfect. The pleats give it visual texture that solid bags in this color lack, making it stand out without trying too hard.

Jonathan V. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

Got the blue one for my daughter and she uses it constantly. It's substantial enough that she doesn't feel self-conscious carrying it to school, but small enough that it doesn't feel babyish.

Wyatt F. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The PU leather has a nice weight to it and the pleating is evenly spaced across the whole surface. Hardware is solid, strap attachment looks secure, and the overall construction feels thoughtful.

Anna W. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The weight distribution is really even thanks to the adjustable strap and the compact size. I wore it for a full day of shopping and my shoulder felt fine, unlike other mini crossbodies that seem to rest awkwardly.

Bryan E. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

I've had this for several months and the brown is actually developing character instead of looking worn. The pleated texture hides minor surface marks that would show on a smooth bag.

Pete M. 5/5

Lily Pleated Mini Crossbody Bag

The purple is gorgeous and the pleated texture adds so much visual interest, but the interior could use more organization pockets. Still totally functional for my daily essentials and I'm happy with it.
